Corrections Policy

Reporting an error

Email [email protected] with the article URL and what you believe is wrong. We would rather hear about a small error than leave it standing.

How we correct

Factual errors are corrected in the article, with a dated note at the foot explaining what changed. We do not quietly edit a claim out of existence.

Typographical and grammatical fixes are made without a note, since nothing of substance changes.

Substantially wrong articles, where the central claim does not hold, are withdrawn. The URL returns a clear message rather than disappearing silently, so anyone following a link learns what happened.

Time-sensitive content

Odds, bonus terms and bookmaker features change often. Where we update such an article we revise the displayed date so readers can judge how current it is, and the original publication date remains recorded in the page markup.

Response time

We aim to respond to correction requests within two working days. Clear factual errors are usually fixed the same day.
